Refrigeration Mechanic / Fitter
Repair and servicing of refrigeration systems and plant — in the workshop, on board, and on travel jobs in Lithuania and abroad.
- Understanding of refrigeration systems, and experience working with them.
- Motivation, and the wish to learn and develop.
- Russian and English an advantage.

What we recruit for
Even when nothing is advertised, we keep qualified people on file. These are the trades our work is built from:
- Refrigeration engineers — compressors, automatic control systems, commissioning
- Marine mechanics — 4-stroke and 2-stroke diesel overhaul
- Pipe fitters and welders — steel and stainless steel systems
- Electrical and automation technicians
- Service coordinators and project supervisors
What matters to us
- Documented qualifications for your trade.
- Readiness to travel — vessels are not always in Klaipeda.
- A serious approach to safety in machinery spaces and confined areas.
- Working English; Lithuanian or Russian are useful additions.
