    • Experience stripping and rebuilding marine or industrial diesel engines.
    • Confident with micrometers, bore gauges and a maker's clearance table.
    • Able to work in an engine room to the vessel's schedule, not to ours.
    • Readiness to travel to the vessel at short notice.

    • Work that will be offered for class inspection — RINA or PRS.
    • Certification to an EN or ISO welding standard, or readiness to be tested.

What we recruit for

Even when nothing is advertised, we keep qualified people on file. These are the trades our work is built from:

  • Refrigeration engineers — compressors, automatic control systems, commissioning
  • Marine mechanics — 4-stroke and 2-stroke diesel overhaul
  • Pipe fitters and welders — steel and stainless steel systems
  • Electrical and automation technicians
  • Service coordinators and project supervisors

What matters to us

  • Documented qualifications for your trade.
  • Readiness to travel — vessels are not always in Klaipeda.
  • A serious approach to safety in machinery spaces and confined areas.
  • Working English; Lithuanian or Russian are useful additions.
