How UAB "Litprofit" handles personal data collected through this website.

Last updated: 2026-09-01

1. Who we are

UAB "Litprofit" is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect

This website has no user accounts, no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. Data reaches us through the enquiry form, through direct contact by email or phone, and through the hosting provider's server logs.

3. Third parties that receive data

GitHub, Inc. — website hosting and request logs. Calendly LLC — appointment booking, but only if you use it: the booking window is loaded from Calendly at the moment you click “Book a call”, not when the page opens. Until then no request reaches Calendly and it learns nothing about your visit. If you do open it, Calendly receives your IP address and whatever you enter to book, under its own privacy policy. Apart from that this site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics or embeds, and the typeface is served from our own domain.

4. Legal basis

Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for the enquiry form, which you may withdraw at any time, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as needed for the enquiry or the resulting project, and for any statutory retention period that applies.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@litprofit.com and we will respond within one month. Complaints may be lodged with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
